About the Company: LAND HOE! Landscapes and Gardens is a small, high quality, residential landscape construction company based in Mukilteo, Washington. The company specializes in building decks, fences, trellises and arbors as well as patios and paths using natural stone and man-made pavements. We also build retaining wall systems and install custom planting plans. Our principal work areas are south Snohomish County and North King County. The company owner is a drilling member of the Coast Guard Reserve.

Position(s) Available: LAND HOE! is currently seeking people who are ready to fill foreman, job site lead and skilled labor positions.

Prerequisites: LAND HOE! will first consider candidates who have proven work track records and who possess strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills and who have a desire to excel. There are a number of desired technical skills including basic to advanced carpentry and building experience; plant identification and handling; soil preparation; machinery familiarity and safe work place knowledge.

Compensation: Starting wage depends on position being hired into and demonstrated field skills. Health plan, vacation pay and educational assistance programs become available at fixed longevity points.
